Borneo Wildlife Discovery in Malaysia

Travel across Sarawak and Sabah on a small-group trip focused on Borneo’s forests, parks and wildlife. The route includes Kuching, Bako National Park, Gunung Mulu National Park, Kota Kinabalu, Mount Kinabalu National Park, Sepilok, Tabin Wildlife Reserve and Sandakan. Start in Kuching with time in the city and a boat trip into Bako National Park. Continue to Mulu for caves and forest walks before flying to Kota Kinabalu, with free time to use the city as a base. From there, head to Mount Kinabalu National Park, then east to Sepilok for orangutan viewing and on to Tabin Wildlife Reserve for guided jungle activities and wildlife watching. The trip ends in Sandakan after time in some of Sabah’s best-known natural areas, with a stay that also includes a traditional Rungus longhouse night.
