A booking request is not confirmed until Kata Travels issues written confirmation. Prices and availability are revalidated at submission.
Payments
Deposit and balance deadlines appear on the quotation and confirmation. Offline payments are recorded only after receipt is verified.
Changes and cancellations
Charges depend on the confirmed services and supplier terms supplied with the booking.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements and adequate travel insurance.
