Ghizer Valley and Northern Pakistan Tour
This nine-day trip follows the Ghizer district and nearby valleys in northern Pakistan, with time in Islamabad, Gilgit, Gupis, Phander, Yasin and Ishkoman. The route uses a mix of flights and road travel, linking mountain valleys that sit along the Ghizer corridor toward Chitral. Ghizer is known for its lakes, river valleys and high mountain scenery. The journey passes places such as Punial, Khalti Lake, Phander Lake, Gupis Fort and Ishkoman, with time to see how the landscape changes from one valley to the next. A guided format keeps the pace practical for a small group. The best visiting window for this region is generally from April to mid-November. The trip suits travellers looking for a guided overland route through the mountains rather than a city-based holiday.
