This 8-day small group tour follows the Hexi Corridor from Lanzhou to Dunhuang, with stops at temples, canyon scenery, Great Wall passes and the dunes of Badain Jaran Desert. The route includes Zhangye Rainbow Mountain, Jiayuguan Pass, Yangguan Pass, the Mogao Grottoes and a night rail return from Dunhuang to Lanzhou. The program is arranged for group departures with a minimum of 2 travellers. It combines guided sightseeing with free time in Lanzhou, and uses overland travel, a desert stay and an overnight train to connect the main stops. Included meals cover breakfast and lunch on the sightseeing days shown in the itinerary. Vegetarian meals can be arranged on request.
