Laos Adventure Trekking Tour: Vientiane, Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang

This nine-day trip links Laos’ capital with the limestone country around Vang Vieng and the heritage streets of Luang Prabang. It combines city visits, road travel and guided trekking, with homestays included on the route near Luang Prabang. In Vientiane, the program visits Wat Sisaket, Wat Prakeo, That Luang Stupa and Patuxay Monument. The journey continues to Vang Vieng for river and mountain scenery, then on to Luang Prabang for temple visits, Mount Phousi and the National Museum. The trekking sections take you through hill villages and rural paths, ending with time at Khouangsi Waterfalls. Two nights are spent in village homes, where dinner is shared with local families and Lao rice wine is part of the experience.
