South Korea Cultural and Nature Tour

Spend 11 days travelling through South Korea from Seoul to Busan and the mountain and temple regions beyond. The route links major city sights with historic villages, national parks, coastal stops and a temple stay, giving a broad view of the country’s cultural traditions and landscapes. In Seoul, visit palace grounds, a traditional market, the National Museum of Korea, a modern shopping complex and N Seoul Tower. Continue to the Korean Folk Village and Songnisan National Park, then move on through Daegu, Gyeongju, Busan, Gayasan National Park, Andong, the Goseong DMZ area, Sokcho and Seoraksan National Park before returning to Seoul. The trip also includes Bulguksa and Seokguram, Hahoe Folk Village, Haeundae Beach and the Garden of Morning Calm. One night is spent in a temple stay, with shared Korean-style accommodation and a simple schedule centred on the temple grounds. The itinerary is group-based and combines guided sightseeing with intercity transfers, while leaving some time in each place to follow the day’s pace.
