It combines major historical sites with practical overland travel and guided visits throughout. The programme includes the Spice Market and a Bosphorus cruise in Istanbul, the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations and Atatürk’s Mausoleum in Ankara, the underground city and open-air museum in Cappadocia, the travertines of Pamukkale, Ephesus, Pergamon, Troy and the Gallipoli battlefields. English-guided departures follow the Istanbul to Gallipoli route shown here. A Spanish-guided option follows a different route and does not include some of the Istanbul visits listed in the English programme. From 1 January 2027, the English-guided version will run one day longer and will include an extra night in Konya, along with a visit to the Mevlana Convent.
